1.Download WIEP [Windows Intune Endpoint Protection] 4.4.304 first
2.chang *.exe to *.cab, extractor.
3.Download this file, extractor.

4.choose what you want, copy EppManifest.dll to extractor dir[step 2], replace the same name file.
5. Run epplauncher.exe.

Of course, if you already installed FEP/SCEP, this can update it just as MS does.
