Ремонт SSD накопителей на контроллерах SandForce (часть 4) (149) /

[more] Все-таки поборол я свой ADATA SP900 64GB.
Верной оказалась прошивка как я и предполагал 28199 - как в аналогичном втором живом диске.
Сделал вот такой config:

Мне кажется, что ошибки при прошивке возникают при включенной галке Test Flash. Тогда Genesis видимо прогонят память на бэды и если ему что-то не нравится - дальше не шьет.
Т.е. если есть такая запись в логе:

- скорее всего не прошьется - все что кроме N1 будет приводить к ошибке.

Чтобы программа sp_info могла прочитать данные - Device Unlock Code надо ставить 16 нулей, а не как пишут везде 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,1,2,3,4,5,6. Это можно ручками прямо в конфиге прописать.

Ну и после прошивки имею следющие отличия от второго диска:
Signature : 158-0-28199 - на родном, Signature : 196-0-28199 - на прошитом. Думаю это vendor ID - ни на что не влияет, программа ADATA диск видит.

На непрошитом диске:
FW : [CV5ABBF0 ]
FW string : [B:FW_PPRO_DALECREST:FW_PPRO_C_V_5_Release-545010

На прошитом:
FW : [582ABBF0 ]
FW string : [B:FW_PPRO_5_6_1_20140326_836378:FW_PPRO_5_8_2_Release-906190
- думаю прошивка все-же не такая как была, более новая, но не уверен.
Однако по тестам скорости - она стала выше раза в 1,5 и на чтение и на запись.

Еще в непрошитом:
Max PE Cycles : need fw.360+/520+
Cur PE Cycles : need fw.360+/520+
А в прошитом:
Max PE Cycles : 3000
Cur PE Cycles : 0
что это такое - не знаю, но время жизни показывает как-то по разному.
